Here are the allotted training sessions for each team. Please note that your training day/s may differ from before Covid-19. We apologise for any inconvenience and thank you in advance for your understanding as we juggle and ensure all of our Hawks teams get a safe space to train.

MONDAY

2 x U12.5s teams 4:45pm – 6pm (DUNCAN)

2 x U11.5s teams 4:45pm – 6pm (SHELLEY)

TUESDAY

U14.5s (Coach Jake) 4:30pm – 6pm (SHELLEY)

U14.5s (Coach Rod) 4:30pm – 6pm (SHELLEY)

Colts 6pm – 7:30pm (DUNCAN)

Women’s teams 6pm – 7:30pm (SHELLEY)

WEDNESDAY

U10.5s 4:45pm – 6pm (SHELLEY)

U11.5s Girls 4:45pm – 6pm (SHELLEY)

U16.5s 4:30pm – 6pm (DUNCAN)

MASTERS 6pm – 7:30pm (DUNCAN)

THURSDAY

U13.5s (Coach: Cook) 5pm – 6pm (DUNCAN)

U13.5s (Coach: Davis) 6pm – 7pm (DUNCAN)

U15.5s 5pm – 6pm (DUNCAN)

U17.5s 5:30pm – 7pm (DUNCAN)

SATURDAY

U8.5s 8am – 9am (SHELLEY or SUGGO)

U9.5s 8am – 9am (SHELLEY or SUGGO)

Colts 9am – 10:30am (DUNCAN)

Women’s 9am – 10:30am (SHELLEY)

U12.5s 10:30am – 12pm (DUNCAN)

SUNDAY

U13.5s (Coach: Cook) 9am – 10am (SHELLEY or SUGGO)

U13.5s (Coach: Davis) 10:30am – 12pm (SHELLEY or SUGGO)

U15.5s 9am – 10:30am (SHELLEY or SUGGO)

Important to note: Your coach and team manager will further communicate all the specifics and requirements of your training session/s and keep you updated of any further changes.

Please remember, there’s no hanging around before or after training to chat. It’s “GET IN, TRAIN AND GET OUT”.
